Concierge Care services do not include and do not replace any medical services, procedures, tests, treatments, or items that are typically covered by health insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid or Commercial Insurances.
All insurance-covered services will be billed to the patient’s insurance in accordance with applicable laws and payer contracts.

Patients Without Health Insurance / Self-Pay / Patients on the Go
Customized self-pay concierge care plans are available for uninsured, cash-pay, or traveling patients seeking streamlined foot and ankle care. Call office to learn more.

Concierge membership provides enhanced access, time, and coordination.
It does not include medical services or procedures that are covered by insurance.

Enrollment in the Concierge Care Program is completely optional

Membership is NOT required to be a patient of this clinic

Non-members continue to receive full access to medically necessary care (same standard of care provided for members and non members)

Concierge Care provides convenience, access, and coordination, not insurance covered medical services
